This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage with enterprise business and commercial markets, focusing on sectors such as QSR, Retail, and Hospitality.
• A genuine “hunter” who excels at identifying new leads and opportunities through networking, cold calling, collaboration with our BDR team, solution providers, and market engagement.
• Articulate the Interface “story” and establish credibility as a market expert that prospects rely on for guidance throughout the sales cycle.
• Capable of formulating solution recommendations based on on-site assessments, blueprints, and client requirements.
• Negotiate effectively with customers.
• Adhere to the Interface Sales Process.
• Leverage technology platforms provided to the Sales Team as directed by the VP of Sales to manage pipeline and sales activities utilizing the Customer Relationship Management Software (CRM).
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Sales Experience: expertise in selling Access Control, Alarm IP Video, Physical/Virtual Guard Services, and Business Intelligence solutions to the QSR, Retail, and Hospitality sectors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on High-Volume Sales.
• Proven success in outside sales.
• Self-motivated and highly productive.
• Open to coaching and accountable to sales standards.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong collaboration skills, working effectively within sales teams and cross-functionally with departmental leadership and colleagues.
• Exceptional negotiation capabilities.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in “story-telling” throughout the sales process to demonstrate expertise.
