This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take charge of the technical sales strategy for large-scale, global enterprise accounts.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, create architectural whiteboards, provide engaging product demonstrations, manage intricate Proofs of Concept/Values (PoC/PoV), and promote product adoption from initial use to widespread rollout.
• Develop customized solutions that incorporate our Enterprise Browser and ZTNA products into the customer's current security framework.
• Establish strong technical relationships with essential customer stakeholders.
• Represent Citrix and Cloud Software Group at industry conferences, webinars, and regional events.
• Serve as the voice of the customer, collaborating with Product Management and Engineering to shape the product roadmap.
• Over 10 years of experience in technical pre-sales, sales engineering, or customer-facing security architecture positions.
• Profound knowledge of Enterprise browser, ZTNA, SASE, Software-Defined Perimeters (SDP), and traditional VPN alternatives.
• Strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, Active Directory, Okta, Ping).
• Understanding of web security principles, Secure Web Gateways (SWG), Cloud Access Security Brokers (CASB), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and browser-based security solutions.
• Advanced comprehension of L3-L7 networking, TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, SSL/TLS interception, and routing protocols.
• Exceptional presentation and whiteboarding abilities.
• Practical technical skills to troubleshoot complex network and security environments during PoV implementations.
• Proficiency in the local language and additional European languages is preferred.
