Senior Security Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Ensuring customer satisfaction by emphasizing best practices and assisting in the development of a long-term security strategy.

• Collaborating across departments to assess and guarantee integration effectiveness, delivering exceptional service and fostering customer engagement.

• Addressing technical challenges, showcasing Akamai's value, and communicating clearly and effectively to both technical and business audiences.

• Engaging in training and internal projects, contributing to best practices, optimizing efficiency, and enhancing service quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer-facing position within the Information Technology sector.

• Basic familiarity with web development languages, methodologies, and/or architectures (e.g., J2EE, HTTP, DNS).

• A working understanding of security and identity technologies, processes and concepts, as well as security event management and compliance.

• Demonstrated foundational project management experience to successfully execute technical projects.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to cultivate trusting relationships with customers.

• Proficiency in both French and English.
