Senior Security Advisor – Offensive and Defensive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assist in identifying, analyzing, eradicating, and mitigating threats to Desjardins's systems, networks, and applications.

• Simulate threats in accordance with the ongoing evolution of offensive techniques and threat actors.

• Design, develop, and implement offensive methodologies and tools.

• Adhere to strict processes while creating new ones to equip the organization for potential cyberattacks.

• Lead extensive development projects, initiatives, and activities within your area of expertise.

• Provide guidance to clients and partners to aid in positioning, planning, developing, selecting solutions, executing, and monitoring strategic projects and initiatives.

• Create and revise policies, standards, models, methodologies, tools, and programs to support strategic projects.

• Perform strategic monitoring to detect emerging security concerns.

• Analyze, map, and clarify threats to inform testing activities.

• Represent your unit before decision-making bodies and Desjardins when negotiating agreements with external partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• At least six years of pertinent experience.

• Proficiency in French is required.
