Cyber Security Officer, CSO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Coordinate activities related to cybersecurity and technology risk management for the designated product or area.

• Enhance the team’s capabilities in automating security controls, performing manual security tasks, and ensuring governance.

• Supervise the execution of the cybersecurity strategy, facilitating global defenses and promoting the implementation of policies and controls.

• Ensure adherence to relevant regulatory and legal standards, along with corporate best practices.

• Utilize AI-based solutions to automate manual controls specific to the area.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in conducting security assessments, performing risk analysis, or reviewing technology controls.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in AI development tools (highly regarded: Devin, GitHub Copilot).

• Hands-on knowledge of agents, automated workflows, and the application of AI in business processes.

• Experience with APIs, databases, and integration/orchestration tools.

• Background in process automation and operational enhancements.
