Lead Cyber Security Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Serving as an expert and thought leader in the field of cybersecurity by promoting best practices and innovative solutions that enhance the security posture of the organization.

• Monitoring and anticipating future security trends, utilizing this knowledge to shape and improve security strategies.

• Developing security strategies and roadmaps that provide a coherent and forward-looking approach to all security-related initiatives.

• Creating and implementing security reference architectures aligned with the organization's goals.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement advanced security mechanisms, adhering to corporate and industry standards.

• Acting as a mentor, supporting and fostering the development of less experienced cybersecurity professionals within the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the role of Lead Cyber Security Architect or at least 6 years of progressive experience in the field of cybersecurity architecture.

• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

• Up-to-date understanding of current and emerging security threats, vulnerability exploitation methods, protective mechanisms, and applicable standards and regulations.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical issues into language understandable by business stakeholders.

• Ability to influence and lead teams without direct reporting relationships.
