This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Leads structured IAM assessment projects for small to medium-sized enterprises across various sectors, providing thorough current state evaluations, future state suggestions, maturity improvements, and strategic roadmaps.
• Facilitates discovery sessions to assess client environments within IGA, AM, PAM, and Identity Verification (IdV) domains.
• Crafts polished, executive-ready deliverables that encompass recommendations for people, processes, and technology.
• Acts as a trusted advisor during the presales phase, pinpointing and aligning the appropriate IAM services with client requirements.
• Aids clients in vendor selection and assists in outlining a clear direction for enhancing IAM programs.
• Works collaboratively with internal teams to perpetually evolve and refine assessment methodologies and service offerings.
• Contributes to thought leadership by creating reusable frameworks, templates, and best practice content.
• Adopts emerging technologies, including AI tools, to enhance efficiency, resolve challenges, and drive superior business results.
• Over 7 years of experience in IAM strategy, governance, and advisory services covering IGA, AM, PAM, and IdV.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a proven capability to produce and present impactful, executive-level deliverables.
• Experience in conducting IAM maturity assessments and formulating strategic roadmaps.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships across both technical and business audiences.
• 4-5 years of experience assisting in presales efforts, scoping complex IAM projects, and drafting statements of work.
• Extensive knowledge of IAM industry standards, frameworks, and best practices including NIST, ISO, and OWASP.
• Self-driven with the ability to effectively navigate a remote work environment and operate independently.
• Capability to manage multiple client engagements at once while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate complex IAM concepts into clear business value and risk language for executive audiences.
• Primarily remote workforce (limited to U.S. based candidates; some travel may be required for specific roles, and on-site work may be necessary for Federal positions).
