Senior SEA Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take complete ownership of our campaigns on Google Shopping & Search as well as Bing — overseeing everything from strategy to execution.

• You don’t simply manage campaigns; you create, analyze, and continuously enhance them.

• With a keen emphasis on KPIs and a true drive for efficiency, you identify insights that others might overlook and convert those insights into measurable business outcomes.

• This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about Paid Search, thinks systematically, and is enthusiastic about automation driven by AI.

• You will have genuine ownership, a significant budget, and a meaningful impact right from the start.

⛳️ Requirements

• Plan, execute, and autonomously manage campaigns on Google Shopping & Search and Bing — from strategy through to daily optimization.

• Strategically expand and shape the Paid Search channel while defining its long-term trajectory.

• Hold full accountability for substantial advertising budgets — treating them as if they were your personal finances.

• Conduct holistic optimization of the Search & Shopping portfolio: including structure, bidding, audiences, feeds, and ad copy.

• Analyze performance metrics, extract insights, and translate them into actionable optimization strategies.

• Own the annual budget plan and the KPI framework; present results and strategies to senior management.

• Lead A/B and multivariate testing — ensuring that insights are consistently applied.

• Collaborate closely with Analytics, Data, Pricing, and Country Management teams to guarantee campaign relevance and measurement precision.

• If you have developed effective workflows or experimented with LLMs in a marketing setting — we encourage you to share those ideas. We are eager to hear them.
