Senior SEA Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Plan, execute, and manage Google Shopping & Search and Bing campaigns comprehensively, from strategy formulation to daily optimization.

• Strategically enhance and expand the paid search advertising channel, defining its long-term trajectory.

• Assume complete accountability for substantial advertising budgets, managing them as if they were your own.

• Optimize the portfolio of search & shopping campaigns end-to-end: covering structure, bidding strategies, audience targeting, feeds, and copywriting.

• Analyze performance metrics, extract insights, and convert them into actionable optimization strategies.

• Take charge of the annual budget planning and KPI framework; communicate results and strategies to senior stakeholders.

• Lead A/B and multivariate testing initiatives, transforming insights into sustainable enhancements.

• Collaborate closely with Analytics, Data, Pricing, and Country Management teams to guarantee campaign relevance and measurement precision.

• AI & Automation: We actively promote the use of AI tools, scripts, and automation to amplify your impact. If you have developed intelligent workflows or explored LLMs in a marketing context, we encourage you to share those ideas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of practical SEA / Performance Marketing experience, with a proven track record of managing Shopping and Search campaigns at scale.

• Extensive knowledge of Google Ads (Search & Shopping), Bing Ads, Google Merchant Center, and feed optimization — familiarity with tools like ProductsUp is an advantage.

• Strong analytical mindset: you are data-driven, enjoy identifying patterns, and understand how to act on them.

• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets; comfortable with attribution models and web analytics (GA4, etc.).

• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a significant advantage and will benefit you within our team.
