Senior SEA & Google Ads Manager – Performance Max, Automation & AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate national and international search accounts.

• Create strategic plans aimed at sustainable growth.

• Evaluate and enhance tracking, feeds, automation, scripts, and conversion metrics.

• Challenge project briefs and provide clients with advice as a trusted, equal collaborator.

• Participate in pitch presentations.

• Experiment with new Google Ads features, AI tools, and advertising platforms like ChatGPT Ads.

• Formulate innovative solutions for clients and the team.

• Work in conjunction with experts in Search, Data, and Technology.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of five years of comprehensive SEA experience.

• Demonstrated success in managing complex Google Ads accounts.

• Experience in an agency setting is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Capability to analyze intricate data, recognize patterns, and derive actionable insights, tests, and growth opportunities from the data.

• Proactive attitude and readiness to take ownership of implementing your own solutions.

• Strong and persuasive communication abilities.

• Fluent in German, with excellent professional and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in English is a plus.

• Familiarity with Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Merchant Center, tracking, and analytics.
