Senior SDET – GovTech Industry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Design and sustain automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing processes.

• Enhance test coverage and pinpoint quality risks across current applications.

• Utilize AI tools (such as Claude and Copilot) to expedite the development and upkeep of tests.

• Diagnose and rectify test failures across application, infrastructure, and data layers.

• Minimize flaky tests and boost the reliability of the CI/CD pipeline.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve testability and instill confidence in production systems.

• Set up scalable testing standards, tools, and best practices across various products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient programming skills in C#.

• Experience in developing and maintaining automated unit and integration tests.

• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as xUnit, JUnit, Jest, and Playwright.

• Strong grasp of testing concepts, including unit testing, integration testing, mocking, and test isolation.

• Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to work efficiently within extensive and complex codebases.

• Experience in Shift Left and quality-centric engineering environments.

• Proficient English communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

• Enthusiasm for utilizing AI tools (like Claude and Copilot) for test generation, refactoring, and coverage analysis.

• Basic knowledge of LLMs or a strong eagerness to learn.
