
Senior Scheduler – Data Center Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Frequent travel to construction sites is anticipated.
• Create and sustain a comprehensive construction program schedule utilizing Primavera P6 and Tableau for multiple projects.
• Ensure that schedule-related information from vendors, suppliers, engineering, and construction contractors is incorporated as feedback into the planning and scheduling systems.
• Execute the Project Planning & Scheduling strategy, plans, and procedures.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and subcontractor firms to uphold schedule integrity.
• Prepare and revise progress reports as necessary, including contributions to monthly project reports.
• Perform project schedule analysis, critical path analysis, and schedule risk analysis as needed.
• Preferred experience in mission-critical environments.
• Background in construction is required.
• Knowledge of best practices pertaining to the execution of a construction program.
• Significant experience in creating and managing large-scale construction schedules using Primavera P6.
• Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and construction sequencing.
• Ability to generate detailed concept-level schedules from limited project information.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential.
• A BS Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; or demonstrated equivalent and pertinent experience.
• PSP certification by AACE in planning/scheduling is advantageous.
• EIT certification is preferred.
