Senior SBA Product Business Development Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Promote a comprehensive array of banking services to businesses eligible for SBA loans.

• Acquire SBA loan originations through client engagement, origination, and analysis.

• Evaluate financial statements and accompanying documentation.

• Develop SBA loan proposals.

• Conduct initial assessments and prepare credit packages.

• Ensure adherence to all relevant federal, state, and local laws and regulations, agency guidelines, and organizational policies.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent to 4 years of experience in SBA lending.

• At least 5 years of experience in SBA/Business/Commercial lending.

• A degree in Business or Finance is preferred.

• Experience in originating SBA loans.

• Knowledge of commercial loan underwriting systems.

• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal abilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating professional grammar and demeanor.

• Strong organizational capabilities with a keen eye for detail.

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficient in PC and internet usage.
