Senior SBA Product Business Development Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Promote a comprehensive range of banking services to businesses eligible for Small Business Administration (SBA) loans.

• Identify opportunities for SBA loan origination with a focus on client engagement, origination, and analysis.

• Analyze financial statements and accompanying documentation.

• Develop SBA loan proposals.

• Conduct initial assessments and prepare credit packages.

• Ensure adherence to relevant federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as agency guidelines and organizational policies.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience of 4 years in SBA lending.

• At least 5 years of experience in SBA/Business/Commercial lending.

• A degree in Business or Finance is preferred.

• Experience in originating SBA loans.

• Knowledge of commercial loan underwriting systems.

• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal abilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including professional grammar and demeanor, both in person and over the phone.

• Strong organizational capabilities with keen attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficiency in PC and internet usage.
