Senior SBA Product Business Development Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mississippi.

📋 Description

• Promoting a comprehensive array of banking services tailored for Small Business Administration (SBA) loan-eligible enterprises.

• Accountable for independently generating SBA loan origination with a focus on client engagement, origination, and analysis.

• Evaluates financial statements and supporting documentation, formulates SBA loan proposals, conducts preliminary analyses, and compiles credit packages.

• Ensures adherence to relevant federal, state, and local laws and regulations, agency standards, and organizational policies.

• Undertakes additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent of 4 years of SBA lending experience.

• At least 5 years of experience in SBA/Business/Commercial lending.

• A degree in Business or Finance is preferred.

• Experience in originating SBA loans.

• Knowledge of commercial loan underwriting systems.

• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal abilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.

• Strong organizational capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficient in PC usage and internet navigation.
