Senior SBA Product Business Development Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mississippi.

📋 Description

• Accountable for independently sourcing SBA loan origination with a focus on client engagement, origination, and analysis.

• Evaluates financial statements and related documents, structures SBA loan proposals, conducts preliminary analysis, and assembles credit packages.

• Ensures adherence to relevant federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as agency guidelines and organizational policies.

• Executes additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience of 4 years in SBA lending.

• At least 5 years of experience in SBA/Business/Commercial lending.

• A degree in Business or Finance is preferred.

• Experience in originating SBA loans.

• Knowledge of commercial loan underwriting systems.

• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal abilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including professionalism in grammar and demeanor.

• Strong organizational capabilities with a keen eye for detail.

• Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficient in PC and internet usage.
