Senior SBA Product Business Development Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Promote a comprehensive suite of banking services tailored for Small Business Administration (SBA) loan-eligible businesses.

• Independently generate SBA loan origination, focusing on client engagement, origination, and financial analysis.

• Analyze financial statements and accompanying documentation.

• Develop structured SBA loan proposals.

• Conduct initial assessments and compile credit packages.

• Ensure adherence to relevant federal, state, and local laws and regulations, agency guidelines, and organizational policies.

• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience of 4 years in SBA lending.

• At least 5 years of experience in SBA/Business/Commercial lending.

• A degree in Business or Finance is preferred.

• Experience in originating SBA loans and familiarity with commercial loan underwriting systems is preferred.

• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal abilities.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including professional grammar and demeanor in both face-to-face and phone interactions.

• Strong organizational capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficient in PC and internet usage.

• Must reside in South Carolina, Georgia, or Florida.
