⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub, SuccessFactors Job Profile Builder, and SuccessFactors Career Development Planning.

• Extensive experience in integrating Skills and Job Architecture frameworks within SuccessFactors.

• Background in JDM-to-JPB & TIH migrations.

• Skills in stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation.

• Strong client-facing communication and presentation abilities.

• Familiarity with Talent Management processes and industry best practices.

• Knowledge of Skills-Based Organization concepts.

• Understanding of Job Architecture principles and career frameworks.
