SAP QM Consultant – Intermediate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Analyze business needs and convert them into effective SAP Quality Management (QM) solutions.

• Configure, maintain, and enhance processes within SAP Quality Management.

• Provide support for quality-related processes.

• Work in partnership with business stakeholders to grasp quality-related needs and pinpoint areas for process enhancement.

• Assist with the integration of SAP QM with other SAP modules, especially MM, PP, WM/EWM, and SD.

• Develop functional specifications and liaise with technical development teams as necessary.

• Engage in testing activities, including unit tests, integration tests, and user acceptance tests.

• Aid in system implementation, enhancements, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues.

• Create process documentation, configuration guides, and user training resources.

• Ensure compliance of SAP QM processes with pharmaceutical quality standards and regulatory guidelines.

• Collaborate efficiently with international and cross-functional project teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Around 5 to 6 years of professional experience as an SAP QM Consultant.

• Extensive hands-on experience in configuring SAP Quality Management and understanding business processes.

• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is essential.

• Knowledge of regulated quality environments and pharmaceutical business operations.

• Experience with SAP QM integration across other SAP modules.

• Capability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional SAP solutions.

• Experience in preparing functional documentation and facilitating testing activities.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities.

• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with international stakeholders.

• Proficiency in English is required.
