This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Implement, configure, and maintain the functionality of Performance Evaluation and Goals (PGM).
• The following functionalities need to be configured:
• Goals Management.
• Configuration of goal templates with standard fields (objective, description, metrics, weight, dates).
• Cascading and alignment of goals from strategic levels down to individual levels.
• Utilization of the standard library for objectives and competencies in SAP.
• Automatic tracking of goal progress.
• Performance Management.
• Definition of standard evaluation templates including sections for objectives, competencies, and development.
• Configurable evaluation flows such as self-evaluation, direct supervisor, peers, or subordinates (360°).
• Preconfigured rating scales (numeric, text, or mixed).
• Consolidation of results into a single digital document per employee.
• Calibration processes.
• Standard calibration dashboards for reviewing and adjusting evaluations.
• Use of the 9-box matrix (performance vs potential) for talent decisions.
• Change logging and traceability to ensure fairness and compliance.
• Continuous Performance Management (CPM).
• Real-time logging of activities, achievements, and feedback.
• Support for 1:1 meetings between supervisors and employees within the platform.
• Mobile availability for agile and collaborative tracking.
• Creation of individual development plans based on evaluations.
• Standard integration with modules like Compensation (for merit-based pay) and Career Development & Succession (for career planning).
• Preconfigured reports on goal progress.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the configuration of:
• Performance Evaluation component configuration.
• Performance evaluation template.
• 360° evaluation template.
• Evaluation template itineraries.
• Rating scales.
• Performance Management notifications.
• Calibration template.
• Goals template.
• Goals Management notifications.
• Consulting tests and user support.
• SAP SSFF certification.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with individuals at all levels.
• Proactivity, value-added contributions, and eagerness to integrate into a multidisciplinary team.
