Senior SAP Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the project scope, timeline, budget (CapEx/Opex), and risk management matrix.

• Spearhead the strategic transition to SAP S/4HANA technology.

• Manage greenfield projects centered around the SAP Fit-to-Standard methodology.

• Implement and customize the SAP Activate framework in conjunction with agile practices (Scrum/SAFe).

• Direct vendor qualification, contract negotiations, and governance for major partner implementation consultancies.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, ABAP/Fiori developers, and architects.

• Provide project status updates directly to directors, C-level executives, and global committees.

• Validate integrated testing plans, cutover strategies, data migration processes, and post-go-live support (Hypercare).

• Collaborate with the OCM (Organizational Change Management) team to address cultural and operational impacts on the business.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; postgraduate education is an advantage.

• Demonstrated success in leading large, complex SAP projects, ideally within multinational settings.

• Practical, proven experience with SAP version migration projects (from ECC to S/4HANA).

• Comprehensive understanding of the SAP Activate methodology and PMBOK guidelines.

• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) for global meetings; Spanish is a plus.

• PMP (PMI), SAP Certified Associate (Project Manager), or Scrum Master certifications are significant assets.
