This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Serve as a functional consultant for SAP HCM, specializing in the PY (Payroll) module, in implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
• Gather requirements from HR, DP, and Payroll departments, translating business needs into system configurations.
• Configure tables, wage types, infotypes, and other settings within the PY module.
• Develop, modify, and maintain calculation rules (Schemas and PCRs — Payroll Calculation Rules) to meet payroll calculation requirements.
• Ensure payroll compliance with labor laws (CLT), collective agreements, and ancillary obligations.
• Maintain continuous adherence and updates of payroll routines to eSocial requirements, including the generation and validation of periodic and non-periodic events.
• Execute and validate payroll cycles: simulation, processing, calculation, closing, and report generation (pay slips, provisions, charges).
• Conduct functional testing and support integrated testing prior to each payroll closing or legislative change.
• Address incidents and requests related to payroll, including root cause analysis and proposing corrections.
• Document processes, configurations, and calculation rules implemented.
• Assist with internal and external audits related to payroll and eSocial.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer to internal teams and key users.
• Stay informed about changes in labor, tax, and social security legislation that may affect payroll.
• Solid (senior) experience as a functional consultant in SAP HCM, with a focus on the PY — Payroll module.
• Expertise in configuring the PY module: configuration tables, wage types, infotypes, and grouping types.
• Practical experience in constructing and maintaining Schemas and PCRs (Payroll Calculation Rules).
• In-depth knowledge of Brazilian labor laws (CLT) as they apply to payroll.
• Experience with eSocial: generation, validation, and correction of events (S-1200, S-1210, S-2200, S-2299, S-2399, among others).
• Experience in complete payroll cycles: simulation, calculation, closing, and generating legal reports.
• Knowledge of integrations of the PY module with other HCM modules (OM, PA, Time) and financial modules (FI/CO).
• Ability to translate legal and business requirements into technical configurations in the system.
• Strong communication skills with HR, DP, Legal, and technical teams.
• Ability to operate in complex environments with multiple collective agreements and specific calculation rules.
• Health Plan: Up to two dependents without monthly fee deduction (partial cost for third dependent and beyond), with copay for exams and consultations;
• Dental Plan: No cost for the employee, and dependents have a nominal fee of R$ 3.00 per month;
• Life and Accident Insurance: Fully funded by the company (no payroll deduction). Funeral Assistance (for employee, direct dependents, and affiliates).
• Mobility: Transportation Voucher or Fuel Voucher (R$1.00 deduction from payroll). The benefit is contingent on in-person/hybrid employment and the need for commuting to the office;
• Meal and Food Voucher Benefit: You choose how to receive this benefit, whether as Meal or Food, and can split between options. You receive R$ 924.00 with a symbolic deduction of R$1.00 from payroll;
• Private Pension: After the probation period, 1% to 3% of the nominal salary (the company contributes the same percentage chosen by the employee).
• Assistance: For children with disabilities. Daycare/Babysitter (according to policy);
• Day Off / Short Day: Day off in the month of the birthday and in cases of moving residence. Early departure (2 hours) on the birthday of children (up to 12 years old).
• Leave: Marriage – 5 business days; Maternity – 6 months; Paternity – 20 days. Bereavement – 5 business days (direct relatives) and 1 business day (indirect relatives).
