Final Mile Delivery, Assembly, Repair Contractor Teams

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Pickup, deliver, and install products according to manufacturer specifications (Delivery & Assembly, 2-person team)

• Assemble products on-site at customers' residences (Assembly Only, 2-person team)

• Perform in-home repairs utilizing parts provided by the manufacturer (Repair, 1-person)

• Select the jobs that align with your schedule, tools, and skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in delivering, assembling, or repairing products in a customer-oriented setting

• Capability to safely handle and assemble large items such as: Basketball hoops (both portable and in-ground), Fitness equipment (including treadmills, ellipticals, etc.), Furniture, home goods, and outdoor products (such as playsets, pergolas, grills, etc.)

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Proficient in using mobile applications to manage and complete tasks

• Ability to work autonomously or as part of a 2-person team (excluding repair tasks)

• Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)

• Must be physically fit to lift, deliver, and assemble products

• Required to provide and maintain necessary tools and vehicle(s)

• Employer Identification Number (EIN) needed

• Must comply with AIT's insurance, registration, and regulatory stipulations

• DOT/MC authority necessary for certain assignments

• Capability to acquire and sustain a Certificate of Insurance (COI) that complies with AIT standards

• AIT performs background checks and drug screenings for all owners, drivers, and assistants.
