Senior SAP IS-U Consultant, Customer Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iceland.

📋 Description

• Engage in contract and customer service processes within SAP IS-U.

• Assist in the design, execution, and verification of commercial processes.

• Collaborate on contracts, master data, installations/premises, consumer units, and customer relationship management.

• Facilitate processes connected to service orders, notifications, and customer support.

• Conduct functional analysis, configuration/parameterization, testing, and business support.

• Aid in integrations with external platforms such as Salesforce, SAP PM, AMI, and other systems.

• Participate in integrated testing, acceptance/homologation, cutover, and go-live activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience with SAP IS-U Customer Service / Contracts.

• Understanding of commercial/business processes in the utilities sector.

• Experience with contracts, customer service, master data, and service orders.

• Background in SAP IS-U implementation projects.

• Familiarity with integrations with external systems and relevant SAP modules.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the capability to engage with business stakeholders.

• Proficiency in English and/or Spanish.

• Preferred: experience with SAP S/4HANA Utilities, experience in the electric/power sector, knowledge of Salesforce, knowledge of SAP PM and AMI, and basic ABAP/debugging skills.
