Senior SAP Functional Consultant – Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Establish functional specifications through discussions with customers.

• Collect and implement requirements effectively.

• Showcase implementation outcomes and solicit feedback.

• Evaluate data migration for mapping and transformation processes.

• Provide training to users on new systems.

• Oversee requirements management and ensure alignment with clients and technical teams.

• Develop project scopes and manage backlogs efficiently.

• Recommend and execute best practices.

• Incorporate solutions into the customers' existing systems.

• Guide and mentor functional consultants and business analysts.

• Address and manage project risks.

• Engage in continuous learning of new methodologies and systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience in business and systems analysis.

• Understanding of the Quote to Cash process.

• Exceptional analytical skills to continually assess customer feedback and requirements.

• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.

• Business-level proficiency in English.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Experience and knowledge of business processes in manufacturing.

• Robust problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Visio, Miro, MURAL, or similar tools.

• Preferred qualifications may include experience with quoting systems.

• Familiarity with SAP solutions, CRM, ERP, and CPQ.

• Experience and understanding of Order Management (SOM, SD).

• Basic knowledge of programming languages.

• Experience working with SAP solutions.
