Senior SAP FI-AR/AP Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Analyze, design, implement, and support SAP FI-AR/AP solutions.

• Lead the functional resolution of intricate incidents and business requirements.

• Provide support for integrations and interfaces related to billing, payments, collections, cash application, and financial reconciliation.

• Ensure precise and prompt financial processing in high-volume environments.

• Collaborate with business, technical, and integration teams on enhancements, projects, and production support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of practical experience with SAP FI.

• Strong proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).

• Comprehensive understanding of Order to Cash (OTC) and Procure to Pay (P2P) processes, including billing, incoming/outgoing payments, clearing, collections, deductions, and account reconciliation.

• Knowledge of FI integration with Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), and General Ledger (GL).

• Experience with customer/vendor master data, payment processing, bank interfaces, cash application, and electronic payments.

• Proven experience supporting high-volume transactions, extensive customer/vendor bases, and complex financial operations.

• Strong troubleshooting abilities for SAP functional issues, interfaces, integrations, and financial reconciliation.

• Experience with SAP enhancements, interfaces, integrations, testing, and production support.

• Capability to work with business users, technical teams, and both internal and external stakeholders.

• Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.

• Proficient in conversational English and Spanish is essential.

• Foreign nationals residing in Mexico must possess a valid INE, CURP, NSS, and RFC.

• Previous experience in Retail, Consumer Products, Beverage, Food, Distribution, Wholesale, or other similar high-volume industries is preferred.

• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and large-scale SAP transformations is preferred.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are preferred.
