Senior SAP EWM Support Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Delivers hands-on, client-facing support for SAP EWM implementations.

• Oversees hypercare initiatives during the initial weeks following SAP EWM implementations.

• Monitors and reports on system issues, promptly addressing failures or user-reported concerns.

• Provides technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to SAP EWM Support Consultants I and II.

• Manages a large volume of support tickets, ensuring timely responses and effective issue resolution.

• Diagnoses and troubleshoots root causes of system errors and coordinates solutions with relevant teams.

• Tracks system performance to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for enhancement.

• Collaborates with clients and business stakeholders to resolve tickets.

• Documents support processes, system configurations, troubleshooting methods, resolutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing and future reference.

• Educates others on the workflow, business processes, and reporting metrics enabled by EWM, and conducts training sessions for end-users and client personnel on EWM usage and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, OR a High School Diploma/GED with equivalent years of experience.

• SAP EWM certification is required; if not currently certified, must obtain certification within 6 months of hire.

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on SAP EWM experience (configuration and troubleshooting) is required.

• A background and/or education in logistics, distribution, MIS, IT, or another related field is required.

• Must possess an active government clearance or be able to obtain one before the hire date.

• U.S. Citizenship is necessary to obtain government clearance.

• Experience working with the Department of Defense or another federal agency is an advantage.
