Senior SAP EAM, PP Consultant – Plant Maintenance, Manufacturing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Lead and execute SAP EAM workstreams throughout implementation, upgrades, enhancements, and transformation initiatives.

• Conduct workshops to collect, analyze, and document business requirements effectively.

• Design and configure SAP EAM solutions in alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.

• Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for custom developments and integrations.

• Support testing activities such as SIT, UAT, and ensure effective defect resolution.

• Assist in cutover planning, go-live processes, and provide hypercare support.

• Offer expert guidance on maintenance management, asset performance, work management, notifications, and master data management.

• Foster strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the delivery of projects.

• Mentor junior consultants and help enhance DyFlex's EAM capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-10 years of functional consulting experience in SAP EAM.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering SAP EAM projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• In-depth configuration and business process knowledge within SAP EAM.

• Proven experience in facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong comprehension of maintenance and asset management processes.

• Experience in preparing functional specifications and collaborating with development teams.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and documentation skills.

• Ability to work autonomously while also contributing to a highly collaborative team environment.

• Willingness to travel occasionally within New Zealand and Australia as needed.

• Preferred candidates will be required to undergo employment screening by DyFlex or its external third-party provider.
