Senior SAP ABAP Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as a subject matter expert in SAP ABAP and act as the primary technical liaison for the workstream with the client.

• Provide technical direction for ABAP development and support initiatives.

• Collaborate with business teams to gather and evaluate requirements.

• Assess processes and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

• Design, implement, and refine SAP ABAP solutions.

• Oversee integrations between SAP ABAP, other modules, and enterprise systems.

• Ensure that solutions conform to both technical and business specifications.

• Address incidents and intricate issues to maintain operational continuity.

• Perform root cause analysis and suggest structured resolutions for critical challenges.

• Offer technical support throughout all stages of the project, from requirement gathering to implementation and beyond.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, business sectors, and other SAP experts.

• Ensure that deliverables are completed on time, meet quality standards, and adhere to best practices.

• Participate in meetings with clients and stakeholders, providing solutions and technical advice.

• Mentor and assist team members, fostering the technical growth of the ABAP workstream.

• Significant experience as a Senior SAP ABAP Consultant.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP ABAP development and solutions.

• Proven experience in gathering requirements and comprehending business processes.

• Background in SAP implementation, enhancement, and/or support projects.

• Familiarity with integrating SAP with other systems.

• Capability to analyze and resolve complex challenges.

• Experience acting as a technical point of contact or leading an ABAP workstream.

• Proficiency in English is essential.
