Senior Salesforce System Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main Salesforce administrator, overseeing user access, security, data integrity, and overall platform strategy.

• Collect and convert business needs into detailed functional specifications.

• Configure and enhance Salesforce through custom objects, flows, and validation rules.

• Collaborate with sales leadership on territories, opportunity processes, and process automation initiatives.

• Design and manage integrations with systems such as NetSuite and Marketo.

• Offer expert user support and training.

• Assist with testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), manage defects, and handle change requests.

• Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the long-term strategic vision.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Over 7 years of experience in Salesforce administration, analysis, or sales operations.

• At least 5 years of experience managing Salesforce platforms.

• Salesforce Administrator certification is mandatory.

• Advanced understanding of Sales Cloud.

• Extensive hands-on experience with platform configuration.

• Proficient in SQL and SOQL.

• Experience with integrating ERP systems and marketing automation platforms.

• In-depth knowledge of sales operations and pipeline management.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical documentation abilities.
