This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee the development, configuration, administration, and support of Fulton Bank's Salesforce implementation, with a strong focus on both FSC and nCino managed packages.
• Spearhead the software design and development initiatives, including code reviews, unit testing, deployment strategies, and the creation of technical documentation.
• Collaborate closely with IT Stakeholders and key business partners to grasp essential business objectives and implement adaptable, secure, and scalable solutions that fulfill organizational needs.
• Play a key role in the development and ongoing enhancement of coding standards, methodologies, processes, and procedures.
• Guide and train IT Associate Solution Developers and IT Solution Developers in processes and procedures, as well as best coding practices.
• Exhibit personal accountability for continuous learning of industry-leading practices and techniques.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of Applications Development experience.
• A minimum of 5 years utilizing Salesforce Lightning, Custom Lightning Web Components, Flows and Flow Builder, APEX, and APEX Test.
• At least 5 years of experience with one or more of the following Clouds: Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud.
• Preferred: 7 or more years of experience with web architectures, security, and technologies, along with development strategies for scalable applications.
• Preferred: 1 or more years of experience with CI/CD in a Salesforce environment, using tools such as Copado, Gearset, and SF DX.
• Preferred: 1 or more years of experience in developing nCino-based solutions.
• Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Platform Developer II (Preferred).
