Senior Salesforce QA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop and establish test cases for Salesforce technology initiatives.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including development and product management.

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality QA for various projects.

• Employ AI tools to enhance QA tasks.

• Provide clear status updates to management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of pertinent experience in manual testing.

• Proficient in testing, test design, and responsible for delivering high-quality QA.

• Must possess experience with Salesforce Technology.

• Capable of analyzing, designing, implementing, and executing test cases for assigned projects.

• Familiarity with utilizing AI tools for QA purposes.

• Ability to maintain positive relationships among cross-functional teams such as development, configuration management, program management, and product managers.

• Skill in providing concise and clear updates to upper management.

• Competent in creating and defining risk contingencies and plans.

• Experience with Agile Development processes and methodologies.

• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar project management/issue tracking tools.

• Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification.

• Exposure to Salesforce business analysis.

• Experience in Salesforce automation testing.

• Salesforce Admin certification.
