Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete Salesforce project delivery process, which encompasses planning, requirement analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment.

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to collect and document both technical and functional requirements.

• Convert business requirements into user stories, process flows, prototypes, and functional documentation.

• Configure Salesforce platform components, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or relevant modules as necessary.

• Manage data migration processes, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and adherence to best practices.

• Develop and implement testing strategies, including coordination of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and quality assurance oversight.

• Deliver end-user training, create documentation, and provide support post-implementation.

• Guide junior team members and engage in internal process enhancements and knowledge sharing initiatives.

• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in a functional IT consulting capacity.

• Demonstrated experience in leading Salesforce implementations from start to finish.

• Strong expertise in business process analysis and user-focused solution design.

• Practical Salesforce configuration experience.

• Familiarity with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.

• In-depth knowledge of requirement documentation methodologies.

• Experience in data migration and data management techniques.

• Understanding of Agile methodologies and user story formulation.

• Knowledge of testing frameworks and quality assurance best practices.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

• Strong skills in facilitation and leading workshops.

• Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills.

• Leadership and mentoring capabilities.

• Proactive and results-driven mindset.

• Bachelor’s degree is required (in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field).

• Salesforce certifications are advantageous.

• Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
