Senior Salesforce Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the discovery of solutions and the architectural design across various Salesforce clouds and client implementations.

• Convert intricate business needs into scalable, maintainable, and effective Salesforce solutions.

• Lead discovery processes, conduct design sessions, and ensure stakeholder alignment from project inception to successful completion.

• Execute fixed-scope or rapid implementation projects, collaborating closely with both internal project teams and external clients.

• Provide mentorship to internal team members, aiding in the establishment of technical standards, deployment best practices, and team development.

• Manage go-live readiness, ensuring smooth deployments and user adoption of the system.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent professional experience).

• Over 5 years of experience in Salesforce solution design and delivery, ideally within a consulting or partner context.

• More than 5 years of demonstrated success in client-facing positions such as Technical Lead or Senior Consultant.

• Proven experience in delivering fixed-scope or rapid implementation projects utilizing agile delivery methodologies.

• A strong history of managing multiple simultaneous projects under tight deadlines.

• Required Certification: Must hold an active Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification.

• Additional Certifications: Should possess 2-3 of the following: Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator II, Business Analyst, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant.
