This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Collaborating closely with Customer Success and Customer Support business stakeholders to grasp their objectives, OKRs, and process challenges β translating these into technical solutions without the need for a PM or BSA intermediary.
β’ Managing the entire delivery lifecycle: from requirements gathering and solution design to configuration, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and continual iteration.
β’ Developing and sustaining solutions across G2's post-sale technology stack, which includes Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud), Salesforce Experience Cloud, Forethought, Catalyst, Slack, and ZoomInfo.
β’ Engaging in Salesforce development through both declarative configuration and coding β crafting Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to create solutions that surpass click-based capabilities.
β’ Designing and implementing AI-driven GTM workflows β utilizing tools such as Claude Code, Dust, and inherent AI functionalities within the stack to automate and enhance the operations of CS and Support teams.
β’ Assessing and integrating new tools as the ecosystem progresses, focusing on solutions that minimize manual effort and expedite value delivery for business teams.
β’ Ensuring the reliability, performance, and governance of the systems you manage β which includes documentation, change management, and proactive monitoring.
β’ Over 6 years of experience in a Salesforce-focused technical role, demonstrating full ownership of solution delivery from start to finish.
β’ Proficiency in Salesforce development: including Apex (classes, triggers, batch jobs), Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and platform configuration (flows, validation rules, page layouts, permission sets).
β’ Experience engaging directly with business stakeholders β capable of facilitating discovery discussions, asking insightful questions, and asserting boundaries when scope creep jeopardizes delivery.
β’ Practical experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Communities/Portals) and Service Cloud.
β’ Proven ability to work independently without a PM or QA function β you develop your own test cases, manage your deployments, and identify your bugs.
β’ Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows and a genuine interest in applying LLMs and AI agents to GTM and operational challenges.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills β able to articulate a data model to an engineer and a business case to a VP on the same day.
