Senior Salesforce Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Salesforce Application Development: Create and develop applications on the Salesforce platform, including PDO app development for AppExchange and customized solutions designed for specific customer organizations.

• AI-Driven Development: Adopt an AI-first strategy in development processes by utilizing cutting-edge agentic tools to improve coding efficiency and solution effectiveness.

• Code Quality Assurance: Guarantee high-quality code by implementing thorough unit tests, adhering to strict code coverage standards, and collaborating with QA Engineers to promptly identify and fix bugs.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Customer Stakeholders to clarify user stories and requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering optimal solutions.

• Proactive Client Engagement: Function proactively as a senior developer, directly interacting with customers to comprehend their unique challenges and provide tailored, effective solutions.

• Customer-Centric Approach: Exhibit flexibility in accommodating customer time zones, including willingness for travel and on-site interactions to nurture strong client relationships and ensure project success.

• Consultative Guidance: Offer expert consulting to assist customers in making informed decisions regarding technical implementations, ensuring solutions are scalable, efficient, and adhere to best practices for specific industry use cases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive SF Development Experience: Demonstrated success in developing intricate applications on the Salesforce platform.

• AI Integration Proficiency

• Strong Testing Practices: Proven experience in writing and maintaining comprehensive unit tests to ensure code reliability and facilitate smooth integration.

• Effective Communication Skills

• Consultative Expertise: Background in providing strategic guidance to customers about technical implementations, ensuring solutions align with industry best practices and client objectives.

• Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer II or Application Architect.

• Knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce products such as Marketing Cloud, Customer Data Platform (Data Cloud), and Agentforce.

• Additional SF certification (Nice to have)

• Familiarity with Hospitality Industry (Nice to have)
