Senior Salesforce Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Salesforce Application Development: Create and develop applications on the Salesforce platform, including PDO app development for AppExchange and customized solutions tailored to specific customer needs.

• AI-Driven Development: Adopt an AI-first methodology in development practices, utilizing advanced agentic tools to boost coding efficiency and solution effectiveness.

• Code Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of code quality by implementing thorough unit tests, upholding stringent code coverage metrics, and collaborating with QA Engineers to quickly identify and resolve issues.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Customer Stakeholders to clarify user stories and requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering optimal solutions.

• Proactive Client Engagement: Function proactively as a senior developer, engaging directly with customers to comprehend their specific challenges and provide tailored, effective solutions.

• Customer-Centric Approach: Exhibit flexibility in accommodating customer time zones, including willingness to travel and engage on-site to build strong client relationships and guarantee project success.

• Consultative Guidance: Offer expert consulting services to assist customers in making informed decisions regarding technical implementations, ensuring scalable, efficient solutions that adhere to industry best practices for specific use cases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive SF Development Experience: Demonstrated success in developing complex applications on the Salesforce platform.

• AI Integration Proficiency: Expertise in integrating AI solutions.

• Strong Testing Practices: Background in crafting and maintaining comprehensive unit tests to ensure code reliability and facilitate smooth integration.

• Effective Communication Skills: Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

• Consultative Expertise: Experience in offering strategic advice to customers on technical implementations, ensuring that solutions align with industry best practices and client objectives.

• Salesforce Certifications: Possess Platform Developer II or Application Architect certifications.

• Knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce products such as Marketing Cloud, Customer Data Platform (Data Cloud), and Agentforce.

• Additional SF Certification: Relevant further certifications in Salesforce.

• Familiarity with Hospitality Industry: Experience or knowledge in the hospitality sector.
