Senior Salesforce Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Agentforce solutions that automate interactions for customers and employees.

• Configure Salesforce Service Cloud to provide AI-enhanced case management, self-service, and intelligent support experiences.

• Create AI agents utilizing Agentforce, encompassing prompts, topics, actions, orchestration, and conversational workflows.

• Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce CRM, Knowledge, Flows, Data Cloud, and various enterprise applications.

• Set up the Salesforce Trust Layer, security measures, and data grounding to guarantee secure and responsible AI interactions.

• Develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, Platform Events, and APIs.

• Collaborate with solution architects and client stakeholders to identify valuable AI use cases and convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Engage in architecture reviews, technical design discussions, code evaluations, and solution planning sessions.

• Assist with testing, deployment, release management, and optimization of production environments.

• Advocate for Salesforce best practices while contributing to reusable assets and delivery standards across client projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation.

• Practical experience in building solutions using Salesforce Agentforce or other Salesforce AI technologies.

• Strong expertise in:

• Salesforce Service Cloud

• Apex

• Lightning Web Components (LWC)

• Salesforce Flows

• REST and SOAP integrations

• Experience in integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems and third-party platforms.

• Deep understanding of Salesforce security, governance, and the Salesforce Trust Layer.

• Experience in delivering projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce AI Specialist Certification

• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II Certification

• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification

• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, and Agentforce Studio.

• Experience in delivering enterprise CRM modernization or digital transformation projects.
