This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.
• Build and manage a mobile app development team, fostering collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the complete technical delivery lifecycle of the mobile banking application (iOS and Android), from technical analysis and solution design to development coordination, release management, and post-release optimization.
• Convert strategic priorities into actionable execution plans for tbi bank app development.
• Facilitate the launch and expansion of mobile banking app functionalities, ensuring they align with the company’s broader vision and business goals.
• Coordinate the development and launch of new digital products by managing profitability analysis, securing internal approvals, gathering business requirements, and planning delivery.
• Clearly communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and issues to stakeholders and management.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators related to app development, customer experience, product adoption, and delivery efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with business, product, design, development, QA, operations, and customer support teams to ensure successful delivery and ongoing product quality.
• Work alongside customer support teams to address user feedback, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in product and market analysis by identifying user needs, opportunities, and gaps related to the mobile banking application.
• Ensure adherence to internal standards, risk requirements, security expectations, and relevant banking and data protection regulations.
• Create product documentation, including specifications, wireframes, and process flows.
• A university degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar capacity.
• Proven experience with financial mobile applications, banking apps, payments, or fintech products is essential.
• Strong knowledge of the mobile app development lifecycle, app architecture, integrations, and approaches to cross-platform development.
• Experience in an Agile development environment, employing Agile practices and tools such as Scrum or Kanban for project task and sprint management.
• Familiarity with integrating third-party APIs and services into mobile applications, as well as authentication systems, banking APIs, and SDKs from third-party vendors.
• A solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing strategies, defect management, and release validation processes.
• Basic knowledge of mobile UI/UX design principles to effectively collaborate with design teams and support the creation of an intuitive and visually appealing app interface.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
