This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
β’ Engage in the complete software development lifecycle, which encompasses design, implementation, deployment, testing, documentation, maintenance, and support of Salesforce software applications and tools.
β’ Utilize a diverse array of languages, engineering disciplines, tools, frameworks, and third-party integrations.
β’ Work closely with product management, UX design, and clinical operations to transform requirements into production-ready, highly maintainable, and scalable solutions.
β’ Over 5 years of practical software development experience within professional environments utilizing agile methodologies, with a significant focus on Salesforce CRM development.
β’ Proven experience in guiding a team in software architecture, design, code reviews, and quality assurance.
β’ Proficient in converting business requirements into technical designs and features.
β’ Experienced in defining, coding, maintaining, and deploying custom Salesforce applications using both open-source and commercial tools.
β’ In-depth knowledge of best practices in Salesforce software engineering, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, security, and build/test processes.
β’ Strong sense of ownership regarding work, with the ability to collaborate openly and transparently.
β’ A Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
β’ Demonstrated experience within the Salesforce CRM ecosystem (e.g., Lightning, Apex, SOQL, Salesforce APIs, third-party integrations, etc.) without reliance on external vendors.
β’ Committed to developing solutions with versioned source code in Git.
β’ Expertise in SFDX and org-based development using multiple sandboxes as development and deployment environments.
β’ Strong understanding of CI/CD and deployment pipelines as they relate to Salesforce development.
β’ Familiarity with package-based development in the Salesforce delivery model.
β’ Experience developing Salesforce solutions that handle large volumes of contact and operational data.
β’ Knowledgeable about operational and data scaling challenges within Salesforce CRM.
β’ Skilled in establishing and enhancing all layers of automated testing in Salesforce development, including unit, integration, and system testing.
β’ Operates with a DevOps mindset, incorporating observability, monitoring, alerting, logging, etc., into the completion requirements.
β’ Familiar with using modern AI software development tools throughout the SDLC.
β’ Experience with Service Cloud Voice, Omni-Channel, and Digital Engagement.
