Senior Salesforce Developer – Public Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain Salesforce applications utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow

• Facilitate technical discussions and aid in solution design in collaboration with architects

• Guide junior developers through pair programming, code evaluations, and support

• Infuse your public health insights into technical decisions and design dialogues

• Produce clean, well-documented, and testable code that sets a benchmark for the team

• Identify and address intricate technical challenges

• Work together with QA to guarantee high-quality outputs

• Assist in translating public health requirements into scalable technical solutions

• Participate in code reviews by providing constructive and supportive feedback

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of practical Salesforce development experience

• 1-3 years of experience at a governmental public health agency (local, state, federal, or tribal)

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is mandatory (Platform Developer II is preferred)

• Familiarity with Agile or SAFe methodologies

• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities

• Proven history of mentoring or guiding less experienced developers
