Lead Salesforce Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Business and IT teams to meet project or requirement objectives.

• Design and develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, Aura, and Visualforce to tailor Salesforce as required.

• Construct and maintain integrations with Salesforce.

• Lead Salesforce solutions for significant initiatives.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues on a case-by-case basis, serving as L3 support.

• Promote Salesforce best practices for coding and configuration.

• Implement these practices and document them for broader Development teams at Crowdstrike.

• Actively engage in sprint planning sessions, standups, retrospectives, and design sessions, while adhering to Agile best practices and capturing appropriate story points for effort estimation.

• Follow deployment best practices by adhering to the established CI/CD process and provide timely recommendations for enhancements.

• Mentor fellow developers on the team and review their outputs.

• Maintain a vigilant focus on monitoring organizational performance and the overall end-to-end Commerce process to formulate optimization plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 9 years of experience in the design and development of Salesforce applications.

• At least 3 years of experience in Quote to Cash implementation for enterprise organizations in consulting or in-house IT roles.

• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• In lieu of a degree, a combination of education, training, and progressively responsible experience equivalent to a US bachelor’s degree in a related field may be considered.

• Bonus Points: Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud or CPQ.

• Salesforce Certifications (Application Architect).
