This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collect and document business requirements using interviews, workshops, and various methods.
• Convert requirements into both functional and technical specifications.
• Assist in the development and deployment of Salesforce applications.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure solutions align with business needs.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members to guarantee project success.
• Skillfully prioritize projects and consistently deliver high-quality work on schedule.
• Write code to develop a custom platform (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, front-end web technologies), as well as facilitate integrations with back-office systems (commonly utilizing middleware tools like MuleSoft) and data migration services.
• Engage as a member of the Agile team to consistently deliver high-quality solutions.
• Accountable for developing and implementing the Salesforce Lightning Experience tailored to meet our client's specific requirements.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (minimum 3 years) of relevant work experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in Salesforce development with a significant emphasis on LWC, Aura Components, Apex, and declarative features.
• Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I/II) is a substantial advantage.
• Well-versed in Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and governor limits.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Extensive experience with customization on the Salesforce Lightning platform, including Lightning components using the Lightning Design System framework, Apex, Apex Data Loader, and declarative platform tools.
• Capable of working independently as well as in a collaborative team setting.
• Implement Salesforce best practices and adhere to coding standards.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
