Senior Salesforce Developer – Public Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain Salesforce applications utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.

• Facilitate technical discussions and assist in solution design alongside architecture teams.

• Guide junior developers through pair programming, code reviews, and mentorship.

• Infuse your public health insights into technical decisions and design discussions.

• Produce clean, well-documented, and testable code that establishes a high standard for the team.

• Identify and tackle intricate technical challenges.

• Work collaboratively with QA to guarantee the delivery of high-quality outcomes.

• Assist in translating public health needs into scalable technical solutions.

• Provide constructive and supportive feedback during code reviews.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of practical Salesforce development experience.

• 1-3 years of experience in a governmental public health agency (local, state, federal, or tribal).

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is mandatory (Platform Developer II is preferred).

• Familiarity with Agile or SAFe methodologies.

• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.

• Proven experience in mentoring or guiding junior developers.
