Senior Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Engage in Salesforce development to create robust and scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

• Play a vital role throughout the complete development lifecycle—from solution design to deployment and ongoing maintenance.

• Design, develop, and uphold Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), Apex classes, triggers, and custom objects.

• Construct and integrate systems utilizing REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and MuleSoft.

• Assist and troubleshoot integrated applications, guaranteeing optimal performance and reliability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish technical solutions and integration strategies.

• Take part in design sessions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Maintain high-quality documentation that aligns with SDLC best practices.

• Keep abreast of Salesforce innovations and propose forward-thinking ideas to enhance our platform.

• Occasionally assist with development efforts outside of Salesforce as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

• 4+ years of practical Salesforce development experience.

• Strong proficiency in Apex, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Components (Aura & LWC).

• Skilled in JavaScript and experienced with REST/SOAP APIs and web services.

• Solid grasp of Salesforce data modeling, schema design, and best practices.

• Experience with system integrations and enterprise application environments.

• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

• Experience in Agile or Scrum environments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across both technical and non-technical teams.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a dynamic environment.
