This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Engage in Salesforce development to create robust, scalable solutions within Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Act as a vital contributor throughout the entire development lifecycle—from solution design to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
• Design, develop, and sustain Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), Apex classes, triggers, and custom objects.
• Construct and integrate systems utilizing REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and MuleSoft.
• Provide support and troubleshoot integrated applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to outline technical solutions and integration strategies.
• Engage in design sessions, code reviews, and initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Uphold high-quality documentation that aligns with SDLC best practices.
• Stay updated on Salesforce innovations and propose forward-thinking ideas to enhance our platform.
• Occasionally assist with development tasks outside of Salesforce as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Over 4 years of practical Salesforce development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Components (Aura & LWC).
• Skilled in JavaScript with experience in REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
• Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce data modeling, schema design, and best practices.
• Experience with system integrations and enterprise application environments.
• Familiar with version control systems like Git.
• Experience in Agile or Scrum development environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
