Senior Salesforce Developer

• Create and implement comprehensive solutions utilizing Salesforce.

• Work collaboratively with contact center managers, agents, engineers, and business stakeholders.

• Deliver continuous support and maintenance for the Salesforce environment and its integrated technologies.

• Leverage AI/ML models to anticipate customer behavior, enhance resource allocation, and boost performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.

• Over 5 years of practical Salesforce development experience using Apex.

• Strong skills in software design, coding, testing, maintenance, and debugging on the Salesforce CRM platform.

• Experience in designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce and contact center technologies.
