Senior Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and implement tailored Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), Visualforce, and Process Builder.

• Optimize and implement Sales Cloud and CPQ solutions to improve sales operations, pricing, and quoting workflows.

• Create and maintain intricate process flows, automation rules, and validation protocols.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect requirements and convert them into scalable Salesforce solutions.

• Adhere to Salesforce best practices in design and development, ensuring security, performance, and maintainability.

• Diagnose and resolve Salesforce-related technical challenges promptly.

• Integrate Salesforce with external applications and enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.

• Conduct code evaluations and mentor junior developers to maintain high code quality and compliance with standards.

• Remain current with the latest Salesforce technologies and suggest improvements to enhance system efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of practical Salesforce development experience.

• Proficient in Sales Cloud and CPQ, with comprehensive knowledge of configuration, customizations, and integrations.

• Skilled in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.

• Extensive experience with Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and automation tools.

• Strong grasp of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, version control (Git, Bitbucket), and deployment methodologies.

• Preferred certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I & II and Salesforce CPQ Specialist.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a knack for working independently and managing multiple priorities.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Salesforce DX and DevOps practices.

• Knowledge of integration tools like MuleSoft.

• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.

• Previous experience in fast-paced SaaS or enterprise settings.
