Senior Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

• Transforming Salesforce project implementations by collaborating with clients to comprehend their business needs, pinpoint their requirements, and design, develop, quality assure, and launch their solutions.

• Contributing to internal product development while being responsible for creating significant components of the internal product utilized to package solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Engage directly with our customers to establish requirements and present and deliver effective solutions.

• Accountable for architecting solutions and developing using Visualforce, Apex, Lightning Components, JavaScript, AJAX, and other technologies to create customized solutions.

• Facilitate technical design sessions with customers and the project team.

• Capability to swiftly acquire new technical skills and comprehend the latest Salesforce features and major launches, as well as train and mentor our team on them.

• Over 5 years of project experience in a hands-on technical role.

• More than 3 years of experience with Salesforce in a development or configuration role.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.

• Experience with multiple Salesforce project deployments, including release management and multi-environment management, integration with legacy systems using Salesforce APIs, and original code development.

• Proven experience in implementing new Salesforce deployments.

• Familiarity with implementing new Service Cloud deployments, TableauCRM, and Experience Cloud is a significant advantage!

• Professional experience overseeing the complete Software/Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including structured code management.

• Any Salesforce certifications are beneficial, preferably Platform Developer I or Platform Developer II certifications.
