This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
β’ Transforming Salesforce project implementations by collaborating with clients to comprehend their business needs, pinpoint their requirements, and design, develop, quality assure, and launch their solutions.
β’ Contributing to internal product development while being responsible for creating significant components of the internal product utilized to package solutions.

β’ Engage directly with our customers to establish requirements and present and deliver effective solutions.
β’ Accountable for architecting solutions and developing using Visualforce, Apex, Lightning Components, JavaScript, AJAX, and other technologies to create customized solutions.
β’ Facilitate technical design sessions with customers and the project team.
β’ Capability to swiftly acquire new technical skills and comprehend the latest Salesforce features and major launches, as well as train and mentor our team on them.
β’ Over 5 years of project experience in a hands-on technical role.
β’ More than 3 years of experience with Salesforce in a development or configuration role.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
β’ Experience with multiple Salesforce project deployments, including release management and multi-environment management, integration with legacy systems using Salesforce APIs, and original code development.
β’ Proven experience in implementing new Salesforce deployments.
β’ Familiarity with implementing new Service Cloud deployments, TableauCRM, and Experience Cloud is a significant advantage!
β’ Professional experience overseeing the complete Software/Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including structured code management.
β’ Any Salesforce certifications are beneficial, preferably Platform Developer I or Platform Developer II certifications.
