Senior Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Focus on developing within the Salesforce ecosystem, creating scalable and maintainable frontend JavaScript and backend Apex solutions.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers to define project scopes and engage in roadmap discussions.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers.

• Design intricate solutions that align with product requirements.

• Contribute to the creation of project documentation and knowledge bases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in full stack development.

• More than 3 years of experience in a Salesforce environment utilizing LWC, Apex, and General Security Practices.

• Familiarity with engineering AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.

• A strong motivation to enhance your skill set and tackle more complex projects.

• A commitment to educating and fostering the growth of teammates.

• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with peers in Engineering and Product.
